Whether you like to jam out in your car or bust a move in the shower, you are welcome to the stage here at the Sunshine Center for our monthly karaoke day. Karaoke starts at 1:00pm so be sure to get here early so you can pick your song :) or to just join us for some delicious burgers and hotdogs at our Courtyard Picnic...Don't forget to bring a friend!

9:30am- Basic Exercise
9:30am- All about Me Journaling
10:30am-Wii Bowling League
11:30am- Courtyard Picnic...YUM!
1:00pm- karaoke
2:30pm- Excel with Exercise
