Happy Friday Everyone! Hope you are having a great week and are ready for the weekend. I know for many around here, every day seems like the weekend, but none-the-less the week passes and the true weekend is upon us. Here are the list of activities on the schedule for today:
8:30am - Tai Chi
9:00am - Community Law Program
9:30am - Basic Exercise
9:30am - Accupuncture Clinic
9:30am - Painting Workshop
1:00pm - "Country Classics" Band
2:00pm - From Drawing to Painting to Sculpture Class
Don't forget today is National Wear Red Day in support of Heart Disease. Hope to see you all out and about today at the center participating in all of our great activities or at least coming and socializing with all of the great people we have here.
The Sunshine Center is a great place to come to feel like you are a part of a family. We welcome any and all in hopes that we can increase your quality of life.
Today, give a stranger one of your smiles. It might be the only sunshine he sees all day.
