Happy Hump Day! We are half-way through the work week already...whew! On the schedule today here at the center we have lots of fun things happening today:
9:30am - Basic Exercise
9:30am - All About Me Journaling
10:30am - Wii Bowling League
11:30am-1:00pm - COURTYARD PICNIC!
1:00pm - Country Classics Band
1:00pm - Mindful Moves Class
2:30pm - Excel with Exercise
Don't miss our Courtyard Picnic today! Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, the Sunshine Center holds a courtyard picnic, in which we grill out fresh hamburgers and hot dogs. Be sure to stop by and at least get a wiff of the delicious smells in the air.
